This Caterace 150mm boning knife is designed for precise and efficient cutting, making it ideal for deboning meat, poultry, and fish. The high-carbon stainless steel blade (SUS420J2) is rust resistant and hardened to a Rockwell rating of 52–54, so it stays sharp and strong during regular use. The fine sharpening allows the blade to move cleanly through joints and connective tissue with less effort. The black polypropylene handle provides a comfortable, non-slip grip and is fully dishwasher safe, making the knife easy to clean and maintain in both home and professional kitchens.
