At Plastics for Africa, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please review our clear and simple returns and

exchanges policy below.

Returns

• Return window: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery or collection.

• Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.

• Restocking fee: None – returns are free of restocking charges.

• Return cost: Customers are responsible for return delivery costs (except for defective/incorrect items).

• Refunds: Processed within 7 business days via EFT or store credit (no cash refunds).

• Invoice required: The original invoice must be included.

• Right of refusal: Returns may be refused if items do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

• Exchange window: Exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery or collection.

• Eligibility: Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

• Costs: Customers are responsible for delivery costs on exchanges.

• Invoice required: The original invoice must be included.

• Right of refusal: Exchanges may be refused if items do not meet the above conditions.

Exceptions

• Made-to-order or minimum order quantity products are not eligible for return or exchange.
